The Bakery Condos are the result of a 2003 renovation to a 75 year old building. Located in the heart of the trendy Warehouse District near the Convention Center, the four story building offers 66 individual condos. Affordable one bedroom condos make up the majority of the units. There are also larger one bedroom, two bedrooom, and penthouses on the upper floors. The Bakery features gated parking for all units with some covered slots available. A small rooftop pool, fitness center, and keypad entry enhance the living experience. The smaller units, less than 500 sq. ft., initially sold for around 108k. The affordable condo fees start at $150, increasing with the size and price of each unit. There have been few resales since the renovations were completed, but the sales which have occurred have shown solid appreciation as the demand for condos increases.
