Gallery Row Condos were the new addition in the Warehouse District for 2004. The more affordable units started in the 120's, but most purchasers added enhancements to bring the sales prices above 170. Demand for condos has caused all to appreciate since the initial sale. The newly renovated units feature stainless appliances, stone counter tops, parking, a small pool, fitness center, and a great roof-top view of the city. Within walking distance to the CBD attractions, the units offer the warehouse look with large windows, 14 ft. ceilings, and the exposed masonery so much in demand in the warehouse district. Most of the 2 bedrooms are on the upper floors and all sold initially in the 220k plus range. The one bedrooms varied in size, view, and, of course, price. Some sold without renovations, but most have been remodeled. There have been several sales at appreciating prices . Gated parking and garage parking on the first floor for most units; the spaces are large. Common areas abound in the rear on way to rooftop views of the city. A small complex with nooks and stairs make the exterior space feel bigger than it is. |
