The units are going to range in size from less than a 1000 sq. ft. to over 1800 sq. ft. There will be one , two and three bedroom units. Prices will range from the mid 200k's to 450k, pricing is in process of being finalized. Ceilings will be 10-14 ft. with exposed beams, bricks, large windows for plenty of light, large rooms for meetings and entertaining. Some of the units will have balances and terraces. Energy efficient AC/Heat units plus all new mechanical systems which mean little expense in the forward years. This is a good value because they are new and are in the center of the New Orleans Warehouse District. They will be hard to duplicate so that alone means value.
