Avante Garde Condos are 249 units offering several different styles in one level units, ground floor units, and townhouse style units. The units are clustered between common areas that feature pools, tennis courts, and walking areas. A big plus is the parking, near your unit and lots of spaces nearby for visitors. The townhouse units are 1600sq. ft., the two bedroom units are 1100 square feet. There are some flats, but most of the ground floor units have stairs leading up to the entry. The complex is gated and pets under 35 lbs. are allowed. Many of the units have been updated.
