Live just off “The Avenue” in a bit of New Orleans history and fame.  The new luxury 28 condo conversion is an integral part of Garden District lore The building started out as an orphanage which at one point in time gave refuge to 300 children.  The building was purchased by Anne Rice and was a prominent location for several of her novels.
