The Marion Court Condo conversion took place in 2003.  The complex consists of 18 two bedroom flats coupled with ample parking and lots of green space, the most green space I have seen in a Metairie condo conversion.  Marion Court is directly behind the Barnes and Noble on Veterans.  The security gates lead to courtyards.  A quiet complex that is definitely worth a look.
